He's climbing up the South Whitley water tower Saturday morning, April 26, and will stay on top until he raises $3,000.00 for a new Hospital bed for Jarrod Lewis.

Jarrod is the young man,who was in a severe accident his Senior year of high school 5 years ago, we began this day to raise money as he and his family were in need of money for their medical expenses. Every year since, we have had fund raisers to support  folks in our district with major medical expenses. This year, we found out that Jarrod was in need of a new bed so we wanted to do a little extra so officer Geist took it upon himself to lead the charge. SO.... up he goes!OFFICER SCOTT

bakehorn Skyler
Mr. Strayer Nominated Skylier and here is what he had to say about her!
"Skylier Bakehorn is one of the hardest working, caring, trustworthy, and positive people I know.  Skylier has a way of bringing out the best in everyone.  She doesn’t judge a person before she gets to know them.  She has a sense of humor and knows how to listen.  Skylier has an amazing positive attitude that is very contagious.  She likes to take on challenges and doesn’t stop until they are completed.  When given a task, I know Skylier will get it done and done well.  Skylier is very intelligent and picks things up easily.  When she doesn’t fully understand a concept, she will work hard until she fully comprehends.  Skylier is also involved in many activities.  Her hard working ability and positive attitude allows her to do well in all of them.  I am privileged and honored to have had Skylier in class."
Congratulations, Skylier!
